Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CollabZone (the “Service”), you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description
CollabZone is a platform for adult creators to find other creators to collaborate with. A profile includes a stage name, photo, location, and links to other platforms.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction.
- Comply with local laws regarding adult content.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person.
5. Content you publish
By uploading content (photos, bio, etc.) you declare that:
- You are the sole rights holder of that content.
- You are the only person appearing in the photos.
- You have obtained all necessary rights and authorizations.
- The content does not violate any law or third-party right.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content on the Service. You retain ownership.
6. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited:
- Uploading images of minors or that identify minors.
- Uploading photos featuring people other than yourself.
- Impersonating another person.
- Harassing, threatening, spamming or manipulating other users.
- Uploading content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Evading moderation by creating new accounts after a sanction.
7. Moderation
We review every profile before it goes public. We may reject individual photos or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice. We'll email you when possible.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account anytime from your settings. We may close accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee continuous availability or the accuracy of content posted by other users. We're not responsible for any interactions or collaborations you organize outside the Service.
10. Intellectual property
CollabZone's brand, code and design are owned by the operator. You may not copy them without written permission.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are substantial we'll email you and ask you to accept the new version on your next login.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Spain.
